Students will use the museum grounds for inspiration and utilize it as their source of materials for artwork as they learn the importance of our natural environment by observing and interacting with nature.

Each class will include outside exploration, where we will sketch from life and collect materials to be used for in-class activities to create nature inspired art.

Traditional (painting, sculpture) and non-traditional materials (recycled materials, natural objects) will be explored, while developing creativity, social, observation and critical thinking skills.
