Inspired by the museum's current exhibition, Sculpture/Jim Dine/Pinocchio, children will explore the art of Jim Dine through his Pinocchio prints and sculpture and will celebrate the season by making kites embellished with silkscreen prints. Like Dine, children will turn everyday objects into works of art. A fun-filled family day of gallery tours, supervised art making and family photos taken with Dine's sculptures. Weather permitting, part of this event will take place outdoors on the museum grounds.
Weekends only there is a $2 parking fee payable upon entry to
the grounds.
Advance reservations are required for this event; walk-ins will
be admitted only on a space-available basis.
