Nassau County Museum of Art is located on Museum Drive in Roslyn Harbor, off of Northern Boulevard (Route 25A) 1/2 mile west of Glen Cove Road.

Directions by Car

  • Via Long Island Expressway or Northern State Parkway
    Exit at Glen Cove Road (#39 on LIE, #31 on Northern). Drive north to the intersection with Route 25A/Northern Boulevard. Turn left (westbound). Continue two blocks to the museum entrance on the right.

Directions by Train

  • Long Island Railroad from Penn Station.
    Take the Oyster Bay line to the Roslyn station or the Port Washington line to the Manhasset station.
    The museum is a short taxi ride from either station.

Directions by Bus

  • Nassau County’s N20 bus stops on Northern Boulevard at the entrance to the Museum.

    Tuesday - Sunday at 2:00 p.m.

    Sundays at 1:00 p.m.

Closing Dates

The museum will be closed to the public during the following 2013 dates to facilitate change of exhibitions:

  • February 25-March 8 (reopening March 9)
  • June 17-June 28 (reopening June 29)
  • October 14-October 25 (reopening October 26)

  • Adults $10.00
  • Seniors (62+) $8.00
  • Students $4.00
  • Children (4-12) $4.00
  • Museum Members Free

Parking Fees

  • $2.00 per car on Saturdays and Sundays only (members free)
